Commissioned Sales Consultant
Description:
This is an independent contractor position. You will be bringing in clients by whichever ways you can. You will gauge the needs of potential clients for services and market our company and services to them. You will utilize your skills and the methods or techniques that work best for you to do so and be sure that clients sign up for our monthly plans either for counseling or educational services or both. You will walk potential clients through our website and show them how to use the site, especially how to book an appointment and pay for their sessions. You will redirect potential clients to the Booking/Scheduler page and encourage them to sign up and enter their payment information. You will encourage potential clients to sign the required forms under the Forms page including the "Payment Authorization Form". You will follow up with clients who signed up, complete surveys and be sure they are returning clients. You will promote TDNT Counseling Services, its counselors, educators and the services they provide.

Requirements:
This position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 months experience with sales and using the Internet, social media as well as computers. You must have great people skill and phone experience.
​
Preference:
1 year experience in sales- creating leads and closing deals. Friendly, polite and respectful demeanor. Relatable. Ability to build rapport with individuals from all/various background. Trustworthy. Ability to use persuasion to present information to others and make a sale. Honest. Possess active social media accounts with decent amount of followers or with followers with whom you have already established relationships. Experience working in the counseling field and/or education field. Some knowledge of faith-based counseling and billing/coding.

Compensation:
Strictly commission-based. After 1 year, may be paid bonuses and/or an hourly wage. Independent contractors will receive a 1099 Tax Form annually. You will have to complete a W-9 Form among other requirements upon hire. Currently, you will need to pay your own taxes and obtain your own health insurance coverage. Hours will all depend on you. You may spend as many or as few hours you require to close a sale. Some of your expenses and time may be tax deductible. The essential key is that you're paid when clients you have referred and cased make payments. Your payroll account will be credited a percentage% of closed sales payments, 14 days after clients make their first payments. You will be paid monthly commissions, up to $3680 per month depending on your performance. You must submit your monthly invoices in order to be paid. Your invoice must show each contact made with paying clients. Once this is confirmed, you will be paid on the 15th of each month. Should clients cancel subscriptions or payments already made and said payments are refunded or returned, your paycheck will be deducted the percentage paid to your account. Transactions are not considered closed sales if funds are refunded.

Volunteer Grant Writer
Description:
This is an independent contractor and volunteer/unpaid position. You will secure grants and donations for this organization which would allow us to provide quality service to our clients. You will be researching grants by finding available funding, identifying grants that match our objective, determining which grants are worth pursuing based on being a good fit for what we do and what we are. You will scour detailed lists, databases, and donor websites in order to do so. You will write grant proposals including documents like cover letter, project narrative, and supporting information to explain why the services we provide are important and how the funds will be used. You must follow the grant’s guidelines, ensuring that our organization meets eligibility requirements, and provide a budget that outlines how the grant money would be spent. You will respond to funders’ questions about a proposal, develop relationships with prospective donors, and document a grant’s impact at the conclusion of a project. You will promote TDNT Counseling Services, its counselors, educators and the services they provide.

Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year experience fundraising and using the Internet as well as computers. You must have great people skills and be familiar with our organization's objective and the services we provide. You must be able to engage and motivate potential donors to secure donations and grants.
​
Preference:
1-2 years relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Budgeting, Communications and English. Having a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Liberal Arts or in the Social or Health Sciences field such as Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Health Sciences, Anthropology, and Human Resources is also acceptable. Possess interpersonal skills. Be detail-oriented and have multitasking and organizational skills. Have a friendly, polite and respectful demeanor when representing or writing on behalf of our organization. Relatable. A background in budgeting, fundraising is useful.  Ability to build rapport with others from diverse background. Trustworthy. Honest. Having experience working in the counseling field and/or education field and some knowledge of billing/coding is useful.

Compensation:
This is a volunteer position and as such, you will not receive compensation for securing grants and donations for our organization. With that said, expenses you've incurred in securing grants and donations may be reimbursable up to a certain amount and at certain times as determined only by TDNT Counseling Services. Amounts in expenses that are reimbursed to you and the time or frequency of reimbursements are subject to change and can only be determined and approved at the sole discretion of TDNT Counseling Services. Should you have reimbursable expenses that TDNT Counseling Services approves of and decides to pay for, you will be paid on or between the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month you qualify. Independent contractors will receive a 1099-MISC Tax Form annually. You will have to complete a W-9 Form among other requirements during the on-boarding process. Currently, you will need to pay your own taxes and obtain your own health insurance coverage. Hours will all depend on you. You may spend as many or as few hours you require to secure grants and donations. Some of your expenses and time may be tax deductible. You will be required to submit a Donors Log Form for each proposal you've completed and submitted. Donors Log Forms are due via email, or as instructed, within 72 hours of submission. Late submissions are accepted on or before the 3rd day of the following month. These deadlines are subject to change as needed to meet the needs of clients and the organization in order to provide quality service.

Group Facilitator
Description:
This is an independent contractor position. It is on-call, as needed (PRN) as well as part-time. You will be facilitating groups including educational groups, support groups, cinematherapy groups, processing groups as well as psychoeducational groups. You will be sure clients complete and sign intake and assessment paperwork as appropriate and required for service. You will follow up with clients who signed up, complete surveys and be sure they are returning clients. You will promote TDNT Counseling Services, its counselors, educators and the services they provide.
​
Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year experience facilitating groups and using the Internet as well as computers. You must have great people skills and be familiar with therapeutic techniques. You must be able to engage and motivate the clients and maintain high level of participation in groups. This is a part time position and will require you to be available to work at least 5 hours a week, up to 21hrs per week. There are instances where you may work for more hours.
​
Preference:
2-3 years relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree in the social services or health field including Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Health Sciences, Anthropology, and Human Resources. Friendly, polite and respectful demeanor. Relatable. Ability to build rapport with individuals from all/various background. Trustworthy. Honest. Experience working in the counseling field and/or education field. Some knowledge of faith-based counseling and billing/coding.

Compensation:
You will be paid a starting wage of $10 per group sessions. You will be paid monthly on or between the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month. Independent contractors will receive a 1099-NEC Tax Form annually. You will have to complete a W-9 Form among other requirements upon hire. Currently, you will need to pay your own taxes and obtain your own health insurance coverage. You will be required to submit a Clients Log Form for each group sessions and Progress Notes for each individuals in your groups. Clients Log Forms are due via email, or as instructed, within 24 hours. Progress Notes are due within 72 hours of having groups. We recommend they are turned in the same day sessions are held. These deadlines are subject to change by TDNT Counseling Services as needed to meet the needs of clients and provide quality service.
